Performance Test Engineer

Location: Hyderabad Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on Senior Performance Engineer to drive in-sprint performance engineering (shift-left) for complex, distributed systems. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, Splunk, PowerShell, JIRA, and GitHub, with a proven ability to identify bottlenecks early and tune across the stack. Experience applying AI/ML for anomaly detection, auto-baselining, log intelligence, and automation across SDLC and production support is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

In‑sprint Performance Engineering: Embed performance NFRs into user stories; define acceptance criteria; create lightweight tests.

• Workload Modeling & Test Design.

• Test Authoring & Execution using JMeter and LoadRunner.

• Observability & RCA using Splunk and APM tools.

• Performance Tuning across application, database, and infrastructure.

• Automation & Tooling using PowerShell and GitHub Actions

Required Technical Skills

• 3–10 years of hands-on performance engineering experience.

• Strong expertise with JMeter and LoadRunner.

• Advanced Splunk and APM experience.

• Proficiency in PowerShell automation.

• Strong Git/GitHub experience.

• Deep understanding of performance KPIs and bottleneck analysis.
