Key Objectives of this role

Perform system-level validation testing as per requirements and test plans Analyze system requirements and derive validation scenarios and test cases Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance tests Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools Support root cause analysis and verification of fixes Collaborate with system, software, hardware, and QA teams Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results Prepare test reports, validation summaries, and compliance documentation Support validation activities on test benches, simulators, or vehicles (as applicable) Follow organizational quality processes and validation standards

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and professional growth Proficiency in the Japanese language is mandatory (verbal and written) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; however, candidates with Finance or Business backgrounds are equally encouraged to apply Ideally 2–4 years of professional experience in a well-established organization that offers robust foundational training Prior experience in commercial, sales, or engineering-oriented roles Exposure to Tier 1, Technology, or Software-driven industries is highly desirable
