Role & seniority: System-level Validation Engineer (entry level)
Stack/tools: Validation planning and execution; functional, integration, regression, and performance testing; defect management tools; test benches, simulators, or vehicles; traceability across requirements, test cases, and results; validation reports and compliance docs
Perform system-level validation per requirements and test plans
Derive validation scenarios, create test cases, execute tests, and log/track defects
Support root cause analysis, verification of fixes, and cross-team collaboration; prepare validation summaries and compliance documentation; ensure traceability and follow quality processes
Proficiency in Japanese (verbal and written)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related) or equivalent background
Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to learn; 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred; exposure to commercial, sales, or engineering roles
Experience in Tier 1, technology, or software-driven industries

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and professional growth Proficiency in the Japanese language is mandatory (verbal and written) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; however, candidates with Finance or Business backgrounds are equally encouraged to apply Ideally 2–4 years of professional experience in a well-established organization that offers robust foundational training Prior experience in commercial, sales, or engineering-oriented roles Exposure to Tier 1, Technology, or Software-driven industries is highly desirable
