Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to support enterprise application testing efforts. The tester will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing quality assurance activities across the SDLC to ensure software meets business, functional, and technical requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Create and manage test data for QA execution.
• Execute manual, functional, regression, volume, performance, and stress testing.
• Analyze test results and evaluate system performance.
• Identify, document, and track functional and technical defects.
• Utilize defect management and test management tools (e.g., HP Quality Center).
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure readiness for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist business users during UAT execution.
• Develop and maintain QA documentation and testing artifacts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 84+ months of experience performing Quality Assurance testing.
• 84+ months creating and executing software test plans and scenarios.
• Strong experience in functional testing tools.

48+ months in

• Performance and stress testing
• Manual testing
• UAT script creation and UAT coordination
• Defect tracking and management tools
• 12+ months experience with HP Quality Center.
• Experience working in Windows environments; familiarity with Java/Oracle applications.
• Exposure to Microsoft-based environments; Unix/Solaris knowledge is a plus.

Additional Details

Employment Type: Full-Time

Payrate: $40.00 - $45.00/hr

Duration: 12 Months

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Work Model: Hybrid (up to 50% remote)
