Job Description

Job Title: Medior Manual Tester (Manufacturing/ERP Domain)

Work Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Experience: 2–4 Years

About The Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Medior Manual Tester with experience in Manufacturing or ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of SDLC & STLC, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and system testing for ERP or Manufacturing applications. Understand business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data accordingly. Execute tests, identify defects, and work closely with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolutions. Validate end-to-end workflows within ERP or manufacturing modules. Document results, prepare test reports, and contribute to overall product quality. Participate in sprint ceremonies, requirement discussions, and review meetings. Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Manual Testing. Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.). Proficiency in writing detailed test cases, test scripts, and defect reports. Hands-on experience with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). Basic understanding of SQL for data validation (good to have). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Good to Have

Exposure to API testing basics. Understanding of automation fundamentals (optional but beneficial). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
