Role & seniority: Driver with Junior Manual Test Engineer capabilities; Experienced (Berufserfahren)
Stack/tools: IVI automotive system; ADB; Linux/Windows CLI; defect management system; test plans/cases; test benches; pre-production prototype car; field testing environment
Conduct daily/weekly test drives (static/dynamic) and participate in testing iterations on cars/benches
Execute test plans, log traces, create/update defect reports, and produce test summaries
Collaborate with IVI development teams and client, provide rapid feedback, and support dev-drops/tests; travel as required
≥1 year experience as a Test Engineer; SDLC/testing theory understanding
Defect creation, test case creation; ADB knowledge; Linux/Windows CLI
English communication; Driver’s license B; German work permit/EU citizenship
Prototype driver’s license; High Voltage training; automotive industry experience
Location & work type: On-site work at client premises; full-time, shifted hours (start after 14:00); daily office presence or on-site work as required

We are looking for a skilled Driver and preferably a combination of skills of Driver and Junior Manual Test Engineer with a clear understanding of SDLC and testing theory. Seasoned in testing practice with good investigation skills to join our team in its work on IVI automotive project on-site. The client is willing to have the driver on-site (with QA experience) and the QA engineer (2 persons) who will perform field testing using a pre-production prototype car with a new-generation IVI system.
