Brief description of the position: Technical release recommendation of relevant chassis components and chassis systems through the diagnostic and analysis of their structural and functional durability according to VW test procedures. Test methods, new test benches, and software applications are developed to fulfill the test requirements. Analysis of test results and follow up of countermeasures are also performed. Key Tasks: 1.To ensure correct execution of test according to VW Test Procedures (EP, PV, TL, etc.) including technical measurements prior, during, and at the end of test and test execution 2.To supervise the correct set up of test bench before starting the test: calibration of sensors and test equipments, signal quality and response, mounting, instrumentation, alignment, etc. 3.To supervise the correct set up of test bench before starting the test: calibration of sensors and test equipments, signal quality and response, mounting, instrumentation, alignment, etc. 4.To agree in some cases with VWAG test programs for specific components 5.To plan the test program in a standard format, to control timing, to document deviations, and to report to project coordinators 6.To participate in meetings with customers of areas of R&D to define test programs, timings, amount of samples, to give input for product improvement, etc. 7.To hold a permanent communication with the specialists in EGEB in VWAG, to discuss test results, test requirements, deviations, new test developments, etc Qualification and skills: Education: Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar Knowledge, skills and others
