WHAT YOU CAN EXPEXT Manage a team of testing engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and professional growth in the field of test and validation of infotainment functions. Collaborate with major OEMs to understand their testing requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness of testing methodologies. Planning and coordination with regards to our cooperation with onshore-, nearshore and offshore-partners. Serve as a key point of contact for our customers with regards to acquisition of new projects, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. WHAT YOU BRING ALONG Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven track record of hands-on experience in automotive software testing, particularly with embedded systems and infotainment software. Demonstrated experience working with major OEMs in a managerial capacity, overseeing testing projects and delivering results on schedule and within budget. Deep understanding oft he product development process particularly in the field of testing and validation. Experience in the field of test specification, test execution at the HiL and restbust simulation are a benefit Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire teams to achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. Proficiency in both German and English languages is essential, as this role involves extensive communication with German-speaking clients and stakeholders as well as dealing with industry standards and legally required documentations. Proficiency in industry-standard testing tools and methodologies (preferably experience with the VW tool chain and processes), with a commitment to staying current with advancements in the field. Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement, capable of identifying opportunities to enhance processes, technologies, and methodologies.
