WHAT WE OFFER In this role, you’ll lead a team of testing engineers and play a key role in shaping our partnerships with premium automotive clients. You’ll combine technical expertise with strategic client management and business development — identifying new opportunities and strengthening long-term relationships. You lead and mentor a team of engineers working on testing and validation of infotainment functions. You collaborate closely with premium automotive clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. You identify and pursue new business opportunities and project potentials within established client ecosystems. You coordinate with onshore, nearshore, and offshore partners to ensure smooth project execution. You act as a key contact for clients — managing inquiries, resolving issues, and building trust. You drive process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and quality. You contribute to strategic planning and help expand our footprint in the premium automotive industry. WHAT YOU BRING You have several years of experience in automotive software testing, especially in embedded systems and infotainment. You’ve successfully led teams and managed testing projects with major automotive clients. You bring a strong, existing network within the premium automotive sector, particularly with key stakeholders at Volkswagen Group brands, especially Porsche and VW. You understand the full product development lifecycle and have hands-on experience with test specification, HiL testing, and restbus simulation. You’re confident in client-facing roles and enjoy building long-term relationships. You speak German and English fluently and can navigate both technical and business conversations with ease. You’re familiar with industry-standard tools and ideally with the toolchains and processes used by leading OEMs. You’re a strategic thinker, proactive, and motivated to drive innovation and growth.
