Design embedded software and development tools used to test products
Write code that defines how chips operate in new ways
Collaborate with business partners, customers, and TI’s marketing, systems, and applications engineering teams to solve problems
Currently pursuing a degree in software, computer, or electrical/embedded engineering (or equivalent)
Foundational experience in software development and embedded systems
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), or hardware-in-the-loop (HIL)
Scripting and basic testing/integration experience

In this role, you’ll design embedded software and development tools that will be used to test products. You’ll write code that tells chips how to operate in revolutionary new ways. Additionally, you’ll work closely with business partners and customers, as well as TI’s marketing, systems and applications engineering teams, to collaborate and solve business problems. The Infrastructure and Test team is responsible for the environment/framework around delivering high quality embedded SW products. This includes build pipelines (CI/CD), infrastructure as code (IaC), hardware in-the-loop (HIL) and system level integration testing.
