Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Consultant with 9 to 12 years of experience in Temenos T24 and Core Banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cards & Payments domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our banking products contributing to the companys success and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive testing of banking products using Temenos T24 to ensure functionality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in Core Banking systems. Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Cards & Payments solutions. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all testing activities. Participate in requirement analysis to understand the scope and objectives of testing projects. Implement best practices in test automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Monitor and track defects ensuring timely resolution and retesting. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members in testing methodologies. Coordinate with developers and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of new features. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in banking and payments. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes. Ensure that all testing activities align with the companys strategic goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Temenos T24 and Core Banking systems. Demonstrate strong expertise in the Cards & Payments domain. Exhibit proficiency in test automation tools and techniques. Show excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies. Display effective communication and collaboration skills. Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
