Job Summary
As a Lead Product Test Consultant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our banking software products. With a focus on Temenos T24 and Core Banking systems you will lead testing efforts leveraging your expertise in Selenium and Core Java. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects ensuring seamless integration and performance. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting areas for improvement and optimization. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing to maintain product integrity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize your domain expertise in Retail Banking to tailor testing approaches that meet specific client needs. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in both Spanish and English to facilitate smooth project execution. Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks to streamline testing processes and reduce manual effort. Qualifications
