We are looking for a QA Engineer (Fresher) with strong manual testing skills and basic knowledge of automation testing.. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of web applications to identify defects and ensure functionality as per requirements Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans Identify, log, track, and retest bugs using defect tracking tools Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues Conduct functional, regression, and sanity testing Support basic automation testing activities and assist in script execution Ensure adherence to QA processes and best practices
Required Skills
Strong understanding of manual testing concepts Knowledge of SDLC and STLC Basic understanding of automation testing concepts (Selenium or similar tools preferred) Familiarity with test case design techniques Good analytical and problem-solving skills Clear communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
Exposure to any automation tool (Selenium, TestNG, etc.) Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing Internship or academic project experience in QA/testing
