Role & seniority: Test Strategy / QA Lead (seniority level: Not Applicable; prior 3–5 years in test strategy development and management emphasized)
Stack/tools: Test planning and strategy; test case development; test automation methods and tools; defect management tools; performance testing techniques/tools; familiarity with Agile and Project Management
Develop a comprehensive test strategy and standardized test plans for software testing
Manage the testing team: assign tasks, set priorities, monitor progress; provide guidance and training
Review test artifacts, consolidate/analyze results, and prepare project-level test reports; identify areas to expand testing services and formulate proposals
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years’ experience in test strategy development and management
Proficiency in test planning/strategy, test case development, defect management, and performance testing
Knowledge of test automation methods/tools; risk assessment in testing
Familiarity with Project Management and Agile principles/practices
Experience presenting testing proposals to clients; client-facing testing service delivery
Additional hands-on experience with advanced testing tooling and automation frameworks
