Infosys is seeking an Automation Test Lead.
As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Preferred Qualifications
At least 4+ years of software testing experience. Hands-on experience with API testing (functional and automation Tools like Rest Assured, SOATEST). At least 4+ years of automation experience using Selenium. Applied the Page Object Model (POM) to improve code reusability, test maintenance, and framework scalability. Created and maintained Data‑Driven Automation frameworks, enabling parameterized execution and efficient test data management. Built robust exception handling mechanisms to improve test stability and reduce flaky failures. Implemented Cucumber BDD to enhance collaboration, improve readability, and support behavior-driven development. Proficient in writing Complex SQL queries. Strong experience in API testing. Experience working in Agile environments and performing test management activities. Good understanding of CI/CD concepts with respect to integration with automation tools. Familiarity with defect management tools such as ALM and Octane. Strong communication and soft skills. Domain experience in Consumer or Investment Banking. Exposure to emerging industry standard AI Tools/models (CoPilot, Gemini etc.)

$68,464 to $96,489
