Full Description
Confidential Opportunity: Senior QA Leads (MarTech & Data)
Company: Confidential (Industry Leader in Sustainable Building Products)
Location: Remote (CST Overlap Required)
Duration: Full-time (40 hrs/week) for initial 4-week onboarding; 20 hrs/week thereafter
Start Date: Immediate
The Opportunity We are seeking two highly skilled, self-directed QA Leads to join a high-priority MarTech initiative. These roles are designed for "big picture" thinkers—professionals who don’t just check boxes but actively interrogate workflows, identify gaps in logic, and ensure a seamless premium brand experience.
We are hiring for two distinct specializations
QA Lead: Experience & Functional
QA Lead: Data & Analytics
Role 1: QA Lead (Experience & Functional) Focuses on the "glass" and the user journey. You will be responsible for certifying that every digital touchpoint is visually perfect and functionally sound.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Validation: Audit user experiences across web, mobile, email, and CRM for visual accuracy and functional integrity.
Personalization QA: Test Adobe Target experiments to ensure correct rendering, audience targeting, and fallback logic.
Campaign Integrity: Review Marketo nurture campaigns, validating layout, link functionality, and personalization tokens.
Conversion Flow: Test form submissions and lead captures, ensuring flawless CRM handoffs and field mapping.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with UX and Content teams to certify releases against acceptance criteria.
Technical Requirements
Tools: Adobe EDS, Target, Marketo, and Jira.
Experience: 3–5 years in functional MarTech testing.
Role 2: QA Lead (Data & Analytics) Focuses on the "plumbing" and the insights. You will ensure that data flows accurately from ingestion to activation.
Key Responsibilities
Data Ingestion: Validate collection across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RTCDP, ensuring schema conformance and low latency.
Identity & Segments: QA identity stitching and profile qualification to ensure users join the correct audience segments.
Activation Audit: Verify audience delivery to destinations (Target, Marketo), checking counts and suppression logic.
Reporting Reconciliation: Validate Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) outputs against source data and business rules.
Root Cause Analysis: Identify and document complex data quality issues in partnership with engineering.
Technical Requirements
Tools: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Launch, CJA, Target, and Jira.
Experience: 3–5 years in data-centric QA within a MarTech stack. Candidate Profile (Required for Both)
Critical Thinking: You "think beyond the work order." If a requirement is missing or a flow feels "off," you raise the flag.
Autonomy: Fully self-directed; able to manage your own sprints and time effectively.
Communication: Comfortable joining client-facing discussions to articulate issues and technical roadblocks.
Schedule: Ability to commit to 40 hours/week for the first month, transitioning to a steady 20 hours/week (50% capacity) long-term.
How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief note specifying which role (Experience or Data) best aligns with your expertise. This is a confidential search. Company details will be disclosed during the initial screening call.
