QA Test Lead (Manual) – Onsite | Columbus, OH We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead for an onsite engagement in Columbus, OH. This is a hands-on manual testing lead role requiring strong test planning, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities Lead manual application testing efforts Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test execution Coordinate with business users, developers, and PMs Track defects and test results in Azure DevOps or Jira Mentor and guide QA team members Requirements 12+ years of manual testing experience Prior Test Lead / QA Lead experience required Strong test planning and documentation skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities
