Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to drive quality assurance activities across Salesforce implementations, including Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on testing expertise, and the ability to define QA strategy while managing a team in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. Define, implement, and govern QA processes, standards, and best practices for Salesforce applications. Design and maintain comprehensive test artifacts including test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts. Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce platforms. Lead defect management lifecycle, track quality metrics, and publish QA status reports to stakeholders. Mentor and manage a team of QA engineers, assign tasks, and ensure delivery quality and timelines. Support API and integration testing using tools such as Postman and SOAPUI. Work closely with DevOps teams to align testing with CI/CD pipelines. Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with minimum 4+ years leading Salesforce QA initiatives. Strong expertise in Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Proven experience in test strategy definition, planning, execution, and reporting.
