Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Penetration Tester to join our growing Cyber Consulting Partner practice. This role is ideal for someone passionate about offensive security—with hands‑on expertise in penetration testing, vulnerability research, or adversarial simulation—who wants to play a key role in strengthening both client defences and our own internal security posture. You’ll work alongside talented security professionals to deliver meaningful security outcomes, shape cutting‑edge solutions, and help guide our technical strategy as we continue to expand our cyber capability.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery & Leadership Lead and execute a variety of penetration testing engagements across applications, networks, platforms, and cloud environments. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members delivering high‑impact security engagements.
Analysis & Reporting Analyse, triage, and clearly communicate vulnerabilities to internal teams, clients, vendors, and other security stakeholders. Produce high‑quality technical reports and recommendations that translate complex issues into actionable insights.
Innovation & Tooling Develop, maintain, and enhance tools, scripts, exploits, and methodologies used for adversarial simulation and vulnerability research. Contribute to continuous improvement across our offensive security capabilities.
Cyber Strategy & Governance Support the development of cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards, and frameworks for both internal use and client engagements.
About You
Minimum 2 years’ hands‑on experience in penetration testing or vulnerability research. Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, or Python. Skilled in scripting and tool creation, with the ability to build customised exploits or utilities. Solid understanding of both web application testing and infrastructure‑focused assessments. Adept at breaking down complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
