We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Test Engineer to lead the development and implementation of test solutions for new product introductions, sustaining engineering, and yield improvement.
Lead the development and implementation of test solutions for new product introductions, sustaining engineering, and yield improvement using ATE 93K tester Design, develop, and debug load boards from schematic capture to initial board checkout on ATE Develop and maintain test programs using C/C++ programming language, with optional experience in Perl and Python Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure timely and successful product launches Analyze and troubleshoot test data to identify yield limitations and implement improvements Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test procedures, test plans, and test reports Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians Work effectively in a team environment to achieve project goals and objectives

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
5+ years of experience with ATE 93K tester, with a strong focus on test engineering and load board design Proficiency in C/C++ programming language, with optional experience in Perl and Python Experience with load board design from schematic capture to initial board checkout on ATE Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to analyze complex technical data, identify problems, and implement effective solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience with yield improvement and optimization techniques Knowledge of industry-standard test equipment and software, such as Teradyne or Advantest Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableauor Power BI
