Learn and apply ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne platforms
Participate in testability and test data/yield reviews with product/test engineering teams to define and improve yield and test methodologies

Basic digital testing theory
Some experience with ATE testing on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne platforms; understanding of test methodologies, silicon process, yield analysis, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing
Proficiency in VBT, C/C++, Perl, Python; Linux environment; strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities
Experience in yield optimization, test data analysis, or automation scripts

Some experience knowledge in part of field ATE testing (critical skill) on the Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platform(s), test methodology, silicon process, product yield analysis, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing. Knowledge of VBT,C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux environment. Effective interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
