Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. ASIC Product and Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies for ASIC products, ensuring high quality and reliability. You will play a critical role in the product development lifecycle from design through production, utilizing your expertise in ATE and other testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement test strategies for ASIC products. Utilize Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for final testing of ASICs. Conduct reliability testing and failure analysis to ensure product quality. Collaborate with design engineers to understand DFT and integration requirements. Perform yield analysis and recommend improvements to enhance product performance. Manage wafer sort and scan insertion processes for efficient testing. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive product development and resolve testing issues. Document test procedures, results, and findings for product improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in ASIC product engineering and test development. Strong knowledge of ATE, specifically Teradyne Ultraflex and Advantest 93k. Experience with DFT, BIST, and ASIC testing methodologies. Familiarity with Serdes, wafer sort, and yield analysis techniques. Proven track record in reliability testing and failure analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
