Lead development of test strategy, test plan, and characterization plan for NPI
Manage 1st silicon bring-up, wafer sort, and final test program development, validation, data analysis, and reporting

Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
≥5 years’ experience in NPI test development

YOUR ROLE
Lead development of test strategy, test plan, and characterization plan for NPI product development Collaborate actively with DFT team for DFT implementation Define engineering and production test hardware, including wafer sort probe cards and final test loadboards Develop test scenario files for test pattern simulation and generation Manage 1st silicon bring-up, wafer sort, and final test program development, validation, data analysis, and reporting Conduct product IP characterization, analyze results, prepare reports, and review with designers Develop reliability, failure analysis, and characterization test programs Work closely with designers, DFT engineers, and application engineers in Europe and Asia Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, customer return analysis, and test solution platform migration
Your Skills & Experiences
Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI test development
Proficient in test software development: C/C++, Perl, Python, Java Good understanding of semiconductor front-end and back-end manufacturing processes
