Position Title: Automotive Test Technician

Duration: Contract

Location: Irvine, CA. USA Hourly rate About the company I am currently recruiting on behalf of an American client who were established in 1986 they support the design, engineering, testing, and validation of vehicles for the U.S. market and work closely with other global teams.

Job Description

Fully document vehicle repairs and modifications in a database environment
Parts and equipment ordering
Maintain shop equipment and tools
Maintain a safe, clean, organized shop environment
Travel up to 20% of time domestically and internationally

Qualifications & Experience

Experience working in automotive development or testing
Experience with vehicle data acquisition systems, diagnostic tools, transducers, including thermocouples, pressure transducers, load cells etc
Experience with all vehicle systems (engine, transmission, HVAC, chassis, electrical / body)
PC Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent CAN tools and data analysis skills
Ability to multi-task and meet time constraints
Excellent Vehicle diagnostic skills
