This rewarding opportunity allows you to work closely with our Patient Intake coordinators and insurance providers. Required Qualifications *Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or call center environment. * Data entry experience. * Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word. *Experience work in a healthcare environment. * Experience working with healthcare insurance verification or obtaining medical authorizations. * Experience with specialty infusion medications. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with claim/call center environment. • Technical skills. • Problem solving skills • Negotiation skills. • Well organized. • Prioritizes tasks effectively. • Solid written and oral communication skills. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
