Coordinate with Patient Intake coordinators and insurance providers to obtain authorizations.
Perform medical authorization tasks and related data entry to support claims and approvals.
Communicate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely, accurate authorization processing.
≥1 year in customer service or call center environment.
Data-entry proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience in a healthcare setting, including insurance verification or obtaining medical authorizations.
Experience with specialty infusion medications.
Experience in a claim/call center environment.
Technical skills, problem solving, negotiation abilities.
Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks; strong written and oral communication.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
