The organization specializes in designing and building custom machinery, robotic systems, and mechatronics-based automation solutions that help manufacturers expand capacity, reduce downtime, and improve overall productivity. Key Responsibilities Design, program, and integrate industrial automation systems including PLCs, robotics, motion control, and electrical control panels. Support the build, testing, installation, and commissioning of custom machines and automated production lines. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers to develop integrated mechatronic solutions. Provide troubleshooting, diagnostics, and technical support for deployed automation systems. Contribute to CAD modeling, prototyping, documentation, and system layouts. Participate in process improvement efforts involving automation, machine vision, and system optimization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field. 3 to 7+ years of experience in industrial automation, custom machine design, or robotic integration. Experience with PLC programming (FANUC, Allen-Bradley, or similar), HMI development, robotics, and motion/servo systems. Familiarity with CAD design tools and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
