They are seeking a Senior Electronics and Automation Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and improving electrical/electronic control systems to ensure efficient, reliable, and increasingly automated production processes. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong background in industrial automation, electronic controls, electrical engineering, and process automation. They have a strong preference for someone with robotics in manufacturing experience. Responsibilities
Control System Design: Develop, program, and maintain PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and SCADA systems for manufacturing processes.
Electrical Design: Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
System Integration: Work collaboratively with mechanical and software engineers to integrate electrical and control systems with other manufacturing equipment.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automating manufacturing operations to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and enhance production scalability. Implement and optimize automation solutions across the production floor.
Process Optimization: Analyze production processes and implement control strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability.
