Perform software testing activities for banking applications, including functional and regression testing. Review and analyze system requirements, business processes, and technical documents to ensure test coverage. Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on requirements. Identify, document, and report bugs or issues clearly and accurately. Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and related teams to ensure issues are properly resolved. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist users during testing phases when required. Ensure application quality meets banking standards, regulations, and project expectations. Maintain testing documentation and provide testing reports according to project needs. Assist in continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, or other relevant fields. Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with at least 1 year of QA or related experience are preferred. Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic software testing concepts. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Willing to be placed at any assigned location.
