We are hiring! For an ADAS System Validation project, we are looking for a Test Tool Lead to act as the technical authority for validation tooling. You will design, develop, integrate, and maintain test tools and validation environments used by System Validation teams, covering virtual, SiL, HiL, and closed-loop test setups. This role combines hands-on technical contribution with toolchain leadership and standardization, supporting scalable and customer-aligned ADAS validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ADAS system validation test tools and environments
• Act as tooling technical lead for System Validation teams

Develop and support

• Virtual ECU (vECU) validation tools
• Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) toolchains
• Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) and closed-loop HiL environments
• Support synthetic scene generation and scenario-based validation tools
• Enable validation of driving and safety functions from a tooling perspective
• Define and maintain toolchain architecture and standardization
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and tool handover
• Coordinate with system, software, and validation teams
• Participate in customer-facing technical discussions related to test tooling

Technical Environment

Vector tools: CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL

NI-based setups: TestStand, LabVIEW environments

Automation & scripting: Python, C/C++

Simulation & validation: vECU, SiL, HiL, closed-loop systems

CI & DevOps: Linux environments, Jenkins, Git

Processes: ASPICE, system validation workflows, tool qualification

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent
