In order to strengthen our client’s Electric & Electronic System team we are looking to hire an ADAS, Method & Tools Testing Manager based in Maranello (Italy). You will be involved with the validation of the ADAS software system and HIL & software configuration, tools use, methods and processes for automotive V-Cycle. You will be responsible for ADAS components validation and method & tools solution using mainly Jira, Polarion, HIL and network tools related to CAN/FD, LIN, automotive Ethernet protocol. You will coordinate the test strategy and plan of the ADAS components area and you will support other testing managers of the other area.
In This Position, You Will Be Responsible For
Coordinate the ADAS test strategy and plan with EES components testing manager and other area testing managers according to EE Components Testing manager, ADAS and Sensor Manager, ADAS Component Development Responsible, ADAS Vehicle Team and Performance Team. Lead and manage the ADAS components validation team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. Meet the ADAS highest standards of quality and performance according to KPIs agreed with EE Components Testing manager, ADAS Component Development Responsible, ADAS Vehicle Team and Performance Team. Ensure seamless integration and validation of ADAS validation area systems. Writing or reviewing a ADAS testing strategy and validation plan for the project and the testing policy for the organization. Writing test summary reports based on the information gathered during testing. Guide ADAS automating tests (with the support of a developer or a test automation expert). Writing or reviewing a ADAS HIL automation testing strategy and automation validation plan for the project and the testing policy for the organization. Contribute to a coordinated view of other project activities, such as integration planning according all cross-functional teams, including software/hardware engineering, quality assurance, vehicle team and performance team. Development of methodologies and processes using Electric & Electronics HIL and tools (Polarion, Jira, Dspace tools, Canoe, Canape, Canalyzer etc). ADAS Electrics & Electronics component validation focal point. Document new ADAS validation processes and HIL strategy.
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electronics, Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering or equivalent. You should ideally have gained at least 2 years’ dedicated experience in ECUs embedded system development and/or HIL validation systems and configuration. Experience in ADAS validation system and testing methodologies will be an asset. Well-founded knowledge of EE system engineering and its development & testing tools and HIL system engineering and its development & testing tools is required.
