We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with a strong Integrated Eligibility (IE) functional testing background to support the project. The Test Lead will manage a team of 6–8 testers, oversee end-to-end functional testing activities, and ensure high-quality delivery across eligibility and benefits systems.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of overall testing experience, with strong functional testing focus 3+ years as a Test Lead managing teams of 6–8 testers Hands-on experience with Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems Ensure coverage across IE programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Care Strong understanding of eligibility determination workflows and cross-program integration Experience working on state government / public sector projects Expertise in SDLC and STLC, including Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, etc.) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
