QA Engineer – Manual Testing Focus

Location: Fareham

Salary: £30,000–£40,000

We’re partnered with a fast growing, innovative tech company that builds cutting edge software solutions in the Fintech space.

Their team is scaling up, and they’re looking to recruit a QA Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their QA career, gain hands on experience, and work closely with an experienced Senior QA in a collaborative, fast paced environment.

The Role

• Support the Senior QA in manual testing, feature verification, and QA administration
• Maintain and run Selenium WebDriver scripts (automation not required initially)
• Help reduce bottlenecks and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality software

Who We’re Looking For

• Junior Mid level QA engineers with manual testing experience.
• Curious, enthusiastic, and keen to develop automation skills in the future
• Comfortable with a mix of hands-on testing and admin-heavy QA tasks
• Someone who enjoys problem solving and making a tangible impact on team efficiency
