🚀 Senior Test Analyst (12 month FTC) 📍 London 💼 Remote 💷 £45,000

We’re working with an established, fast-growing fintech organisation supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs with flexible finance solutions that help businesses grow and thrive. They’re now looking to add a Senior Test Analyst to their development team - someone who’s passionate about quality, advocates for best practice, and enjoys collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders.

💡 The role You’ll play a key role in shaping testing processes and practices, working alongside another senior tester and the wider development team to ensure high-quality delivery across products and features. You’ll be an active voice in the team, helping to evolve how testing is approached while mentoring others and driving continuous improvement.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

• Owning and coordinating testing across QA phases

• Creating and executing test cases and scripts

• Delivering both manual and automated tests

• Supporting and mentoring team members

• Documenting processes, practices, and decisions

• Reporting on testing progress and quality metrics

• Collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Experience in a Senior Test Analyst role

• Strong manual testing background

• Automation testing experience (Playwright or similar preferred)

• JavaScript application testing experience

• Knowledge of modern testing frameworks and best practices

• Confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams
