In this role, you’ll own the Test Drive product: Nutanix’s product-led growth engine for thousands of prospects, customers, and partners to experience our offerings daily. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for a creative problem solver who is passionate about user experience, product storytelling, product growth, and data-driven decision-making.
About The Team
You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, channel, and other teams to develop and enhance the Test Drive platform. By utilizing data, insights, and feedback, you will continuously iterate on the platform to help customers quickly understand the value of Nutanix, and assist partners in utilizing Test Drive in their customer engagements. You will be expected to take initiative and work independently while collaborating with important stakeholders across the organization.
Your Role
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Nutanix Test Drive platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
Lead AI Initiatives: Drive enhancements to the Test Drive experience by leveraging generative AI to deliver deeper personalization and accelerate customer outcomes.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, web, marketing, channel, and sales teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver an intuitive, frictionless user journey.
Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor KPIs such as the number of Test Drives taken, pipeline, and marketing metrics like MQLs and SALs. Additionally, track sign-ups, completion rates, bounce rates, user engagement, and pipeline conversion. Identify opportunities for A/B testing flows and messaging to optimize outcomes.
Partner Growth: Implement initiatives to increase the number of partners utilizing Test Drive, along with their associated metrics.
Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from users, field teams, and partners to inform product improvements.
Scalability: Help scale and expand Test Drive across Nutanix products, cloud regions, and use cases while managing costs. What You Will Bring
Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, technical product marketing, or a related field in the B2B SaaS or enterprise software space.
Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or datacenter technologies is a strong plus.
SaaS Expertise: Experience with self-service SaaS products or demo environments is preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using metrics to inform product decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate technical concepts into compelling product narratives for users, stakeholders, and executives.
Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with global teams located in various time zones.
Agile Development: Experience working in the Agile software development life cycle.
Strong Plus
Experience with Nutanix products or the broader ecosystem. Candidates should ideally have experience with product-led growth, partner-facing products, or B2B SaaS products, particularly within the datacenter domain. A solid understanding of how applications are deployed on-premises and in the cloud across various global regions is essential. Familiarity with key marketing metrics such as MQL, MEL, SAL, and web conversions. Experience with growing the user base and/or revenue of a product is highly valuable.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
