Lead end-to-end QA strategy for Salesforce enhancements/releases; own regression quality; partner with admins, developers, product teams.
Create/maintain test plans, test cases, traceability to requirements; execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing; validate configurations.
Lead defect triage/resolution tracking; support release validation and post-production smoke checks; participate in Agile ceremonies and release planning; drive automation integration into CI/CD and report coverage/quality metrics.
Experience automating Salesforce UI using Copado; strong leadership readiness (prior lead experience preferred; mentoring mindset okay).
Ability to own QA deliverables end-to-end; familiarity with multiple testing types and cross-system data validation.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.).

Salesforce QA Lead (Copado Test Automation)
Role Summary
We are hiring a hands-on Salesforce QA Lead to drive quality across Salesforce releases with a strong focus on Copado-based automation. You will lead test strategy, own regression quality, and partner with admins, developers, and product teams to deliver reliable Salesforce experiences.
What You’ll Do
You will be hands on automating Salesforce application UI using Copado Lead end-to-end QA strategy for Salesforce enhancements and releases Create/maintain test plans, test cases, and traceability to requirements Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing Validate Salesforce configurations (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, custom objects) Test Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning components Perform API/integration testing (REST/SOAP) and cross-system data validation Lead defect triage and resolution tracking using JIRA/TestRail/ALM Support release validation and post-production smoke checks Partner in Agile ceremonies and release planning
