Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Architect/Test Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing process and ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to implement effective testing strategies and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for our software products - Define testing standards and guidelines and ensure they are followed by the development team - Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support in all aspects of testing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects in the software - Conduct thorough testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy of testing - Monitor and report on testing progress, providing regular updates to project stakeholders - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing and incorporate them into our processes - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer requirements and expectations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus Why Work for Us?
