How you will make an impact Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and cross-functional teams to review requirements, review acceptance criteria and suggest improvements to embed quality throughout the development life cycle; Write testcases in the test management tool, execute and maintain test cases for features, bug fixes and enhancements Perform exploratory testing during sprint development and regression tests before releases Maintain and continuously improve the test case library, ensuring relevance and coverage Log, track, and re-verify defects, ensuring clear communication and traceability Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) What is important to us: University degree with a focus on IT or equivalent professional qualification 2+ years of experience in manual software testing or a QA role within agile teams Experience with cross - platform testing, including Windows and mobile applications (iOS and Android) and hardware integration Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and test design ISTQB Certification Foundation level, Certified Tester, Mobile Application Testing is a plus Experience using test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Zephyr or similar) Ability to analyse requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios Familiarity with non-functional requirements testing (performance testing, security testing) Fluent in English, both written and verbal Excellent communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and a structured way of working Ability to provide respectful, constructive, and timely feedback Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Proactive and curious attitude toward improving quality and user experience What we offer Work life blend: we offer a safe & healthy workplace, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home Profit share scheme: In addition to your annual salary, you may receive a profit share defined by the company’s success in the previous year Global and Diverse Zühlke community: witness how colleagues from all our 16 offices across the globe come together to create a unique, positive and inclusive work culture, learning from one another at annual team camps, and celebrating year-end parties and other local festivities Committed to development: we are committed to the growth of our people and are investing in your development.
