Role & seniority
Stack/tools
Manual QA focus; test plan/case/script creation; regression testing
Issue tracking tools; collaboration with developers and product owners
Knowledge of QA methodologies, processes; familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a nice-to-have
Basic exposure to automated testing, performance testing, security testing (nice-to-have)
Top 3 responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform thorough regression testing and verify bug fixes
Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers/product owners; review requirements/design
Must-have skills
Proven experience as Manual QA Tester or similar
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Experience with issue-tracking tools
Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills; high attention to detail
Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Proficient English (spoken and written)
Nice-to-haves
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with automated testing tools
Knowledge of performance and/or security testing
