Stack/tools: Environmental test programs; thermal, altitude, vibration, humidity testing; test planning and execution; test readiness reviews (TRRs); test infrastructure management; data analysis and reporting; familiarity with MIL-STD-810 or similar standards; test equipment, facilities, and vendor coordination; test automation and data acquisition (preferred)
Design, plan, and execute environmental test campaigns (thermal, altitude, vibration, humidity) and establish acceptance criteria
Translate system requirements into test objectives, margins, procedures, and documentation; lead TRRs and coordinate cross-functional teams
Own test infrastructure and lifecycle ( specification, procurement, support), analyze results, and present findings to engineering leadership
Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Mechanical, Test Engineering, or related field
5+ years in environmental testing; ≥3 years leading aerospace/complex-system test campaigns

Sceye is seeking a Senior Environmental Testing Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of environmental test campaigns for our advanced aerospace platform. This role is critical to validating system performance, reliability, and safety across demanding operational environments, including high-altitude and stratospheric conditions.
You will serve as a technical leader responsible for translating system-level requirements into robust environmental test programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring test readiness, execution, and reporting to meet internal and external standards.
