Perform comprehensive manual testing of CRM features (UI, backend, APIs) and conduct regression testing for each release
Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests (TS/Playwright; Python/Pytest) and ensure test coverage targets

Minimum 3 years of hands-on QA experience (manual + backend + web apps)

Job Description
Position Title: QA Engineer
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the QA Lead.
Location: Fully Remote
General Purpose: Responsible for performing manual and automated testing for the company's internal CRM system and/or other products, ensuring high product quality, stable releases, and efficient defect management processes.
Clear understanding on the main focus project, features and how itβs all connected.
Achieve 30% automated test coverage for CRM functionalities (Frontend and Backend).
Maintain a zero-bug policy for critical defects in all production releases.
Independently identify defects, investigate their root causes, and validate fixes through to final resolution without relying on external inpu
Perform comprehensive manual testing of CRM features, covering frontend (UI), backend, and APIs.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using TypeScript with Playwright (frontend E2E tests) and Python with Pytest (backend integration tests).
Report, triage, and track defects effectively through resolution.
Conduct systematic regression testing to guarantee system stability for each release.
Monitor build processes and validate defect fixes through to production deployment.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on QA experience (manual testing, backend, web-based applications).
Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and defect management tools.
Proven experience with automated testing frameworks (TypeScript + Playwright, Python + Pytest).
Proficient programming skills in TypeScript and/or Python.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and managing test cases across multiple code branches.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced product development environment.
Excellent communication skills with the capacity to work independently and drive quality discussions.
