About The Role – QA/QC Electrician
As a QA/QC Electrician, you will support construction and pre‑commissioning by ensuring all electrical works meet project specifications, Australian Standards, and Genus quality procedures. You will lead inspections, maintain high-quality digital records, and work closely with construction and engineering teams to drive quality outcomes and smooth subsystem handovers.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct QA/QC electrical inspections across construction and pre‑commissioning Complete digital ITRs and quality records on tablets (CCMS / Hexagon) Maintain ITRs, check sheets, test records, and turnover documentation Validate electrical installations against drawings, standards, and specifications Identify, raise, and assist with the close-out of NCRs Support punch listing, walkdowns, and subsystem handovers Verify cable installation, equipment installation, terminations, and testing Prepare and submit accurate redline drawings Collaborate closely with construction and engineering teams Promote and uphold a strong safety and quality culture across site
About You
Essential
Cert III Electrotechnology (Electrician) or equivalent WA Electrical Licence White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space 2+ years in mining or heavy industrial electrical environments Experience with QA/QC and pre‑commissioning Competent with digital completions systems (CCMS, Hexagon) BHP inducted Manual driver’s licence Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, ITRs, NCRs, and turnover documentation
