Role & seniority: AI Automation Engineer (mid-level). 2–3+ years in AI automation, intelligent automation, data analytics, or related roles.
Stack/tools: RPA platforms; APIs; scripts; low-code tools; AI/ML techniques (OCR, NLP, predictive analytics, classification); data pre-processing and model evaluation; end-to-end workflow integration.
Identify, design, and develop scalable AI-enabled automation and ML models to streamline operations.
Build and support automation workflows using RPA, APIs, scripts, and low-code tools to improve efficiency.
Apply AI/ML techniques to automation use cases and integrate solutions into existing workflows; collaborate with cross-functional teams; perform data prep and model evaluation.
2–3+ years of relevant experience; hands-on with automation tools (RPA, APIs, scripts, low-code).
Practical exposure to AI/ML use cases (OCR, NLP, predictive analytics, classification).
Ability to integrate data, AI, and automation into end-to-end workflows; real-world deployment experience.

AI-Driven Automation & Process Optimisation
Identify, design, and develop scalable AI-enabled automation and machine learning (ML) models to streamline and optimise operational processes & workflows. Build and support automation workflows using RPA, APIs, open source scripts, and low-code platforms to improve operations efficiency and performance. Apply AI/ML techniques to automation use cases such as OCR, classification, prediction, anomaly detection, and decision support to minimise manual intervention and improve accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign and integrate AI/ML solutions into existing workflows and systems Participate in data pre-processing and model evaluation to ensure robust and effective solutions
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AI automation, intelligent automation, data analytics, or related roles Proven experience applying AI in real operational or business environments, not just theoretical models Hands-on experience with automation tools such as RPA platforms, APIs, scripts, or low-code tools Practical exposure to AI/ML use cases including OCR, NLP, predictive analytics, or classification Ability to integrate data, AI, and automation into end-to-end workflows
