Role Summary We are seeking an experienced PEGA Test Lead to lead testing activities for PEGA-based applications across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases. The role involves defining test strategy, managing test teams, coordinating with PEGA developers and business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Strong Life and Annuities product knowledge Manage and mentor a team of PEGA testers. Design and review test scenarios, test cases, and test data aligned to PEGA rules, flows, and case lifecycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications 7–10+ years of experience in software testing, with 4+ years in PEGA testing. Strong understanding of PEGA PRPC architecture, case types, flows, and rules. Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing of PEGA applications. Experience with PEGA Test Suite (PTS) or other automation tools is a plus. Strong knowledge of SQL, data validation, and integration testing. Experience leading teams in enterprise-scale programs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
