Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pega Tester / Test Lead to ensure the quality and reliability of Pega applications. The role involves test planning, execution, defect management, and close collaboration with business, development, and Pega technical teams across the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Pega Tester
Review business and functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios Design and execute functional, regression, system, and UAT test cases for Pega applications Validate Pega case management, workflows, business rules, and integrations Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA/ALM Support UAT cycles and coordinate with business users Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices
Pega Test Lead
Define test strategy, test plans, and testing approach for Pega projects Lead and manage a team of testers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress Coordinate testing activities across multiple releases and environments Ensure test coverage for end-to-end Pega processes including integrations and reporting Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and quality metrics to stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in test processes and automation
Required Skills & Experience
