You’ll have the opportunity to develop within the Process Control and Operational Technology (PC&OT) group at the Saguenay office. This group includes the following disciplines: automation, instrumentation, advanced control, industrial computing and telecommunications. Depending on your interests and business opportunities, you'll have the chance to work on a variety of mandates to explore and develop your knowledge across the group’s disciplines, mainly in the mining and metals, renewable energy and pulp and paper sectors.
An Overview Of Possible Mandates And Responsibilities
Help produce deliverables for an engineering project cycle Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) Perform SCADA integration and programming work Help configure historians and appraise data Analyze client data to identify root causes of problems and ideas for improvement Help analyze needs, select technology and solutions proposed to our clients Participate in commissioning and testing at client sites

Overview Of Job Requirements
Ongoing studies in electrical or automated production engineering or any other related field Intermediate English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
