Develop and maintain test automation for cybersecurity products and SAS solutions
Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirements refinement, test case definition, and high-quality releases
Plan/optimize the physical test environment and CI/CD system; drive process improvements and contribute to code reviews
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; several years in software development, test automation, and debugging complex systems
Proficient in Python; comfortable with Linux; experience in Scrum teams building large-scale software frameworks

What's it all about? You collaborate with an agile Scrum team on new and exciting products for the digital power grid of the future. You have a critical eye on software quality and address potential improvements.
You participate in the entire development lifecycle: from refining requirements and defining test cases to ensuring the delivery of high‑quality product releases. You develop and maintain test automation for our cybersecurity products and our Substation Automation System (SAS) solutions, which run on a Linux‑based image in both hardware and virtualized environments You plan and optimize the physical test environment and our CI/CD system. Your ideas for improvement will influence our development process and you will take part in code reviews. What are we looking for? You have a solid educational background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field. You have several years of experience in software development, test automation and debugging complex systems. You enjoy writing clean, maintainable code in Python and are used to Linux. You already worked in a Scrum team that develops large and durable software frameworks. You have a passion for quality, document issues clearly and automate repetitive tasks to help the team work efficiently. You work in a structured, autonomous and reliable way. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies. You feel comfortable working in English in an international environment.
