Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Oracle Revenue Management and Billing(ORMB) implementation. This position requires a strong understanding of ORMB, QA methodologies and exceptional problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for Oracle Revenue Management and Billing applications. Perform thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure test coverage and resolve issues. Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure timely resolution. Automate test processes and scripts using appropriate testing tools and frameworks. Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvements in software quality and processes. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on design and implementation quality. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software testing and Oracle applications. Triage and troubleshoot production issues This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience 3 - 6 years of experience in software quality assurance with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in SQL and experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL programming.

• Familiarity with performance testing and load testing tools.

• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
