Lead the testing effort for Salesforce programs; drive end-to-end testing with automation expertise
Hands-on testing across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and design/execute test cases
Manage defects, track quality metrics, and coordinate with stakeholders; mentor the testing team
Must-have skills
8+ years in Salesforce testing (manual and automated)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Proficient in Selenium; scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
Experience with defect tracking/reporting tools (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, HP ALM)

Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Experience in defect tracking and reporting using test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, HP ALM). Strong test case design, test execution, and defect management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and collaboration skills.
