We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our team as a Web Content Strategy, Writing and QA Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a major internal website revamp while working closely with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to draft, update, and refine content as necessary. Advise on content structure, hierarchy, and relevance to enhance user experience. Conduct quality assurance reviews on newly built web pages for accuracy and functionality. Document issues and work alongside developers to resolve them promptly. Manage metadata for web assets and organize content for easy access by developers. Edit and proofread web content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with editorial guidelines. Partner with SEO experts to optimize content according to best practices.
Skills
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Experience in quality assurance for digital content or websites. Familiarity with metadata and asset management for web projects. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of developers, designers, and subject matter experts.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in developing templates for consistent formatting. Experience in creating or editing basic graphics that adhere to brand standards. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and their application to web content.
