Job Summary
As a Senior QA Executive, you will serve as the final quality gatekeeper for our digital presence, ensuring all web pages meet automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) brand, design, and governance standards before go-live. You will review and approve web content across international markets to maintain accuracy, consistency, and first-class user experience.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong exposure to global stakeholders and expertise in website management. This role focuses on validating fonts, imagery, copy, alignment, layouts, SEO elements (on-page, off-page, and technical), and underlying front-end implementation to ensure content renders correctly across devices and browsers, enabling functional, discoverable, and high-quality.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with automotive OEM brands, design, and digital governance standards by reviewing fonts, imagery, copy, layouts, and creative assets to maintain a high-quality user experience. Create and maintain QA documentation, checklists, and best-practice guidelines, and share insights and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement across regions. Collaborate closely with Digital Content Managers and cross-functional teams to proactively identify and resolve issues efficiently. Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent performance and seamless experience. Own QA timelines and ensure reviews are completed within agreed SLAs to support on-time delivery.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in web layout and structure QA, SEO, or digital content quality control within an automotive or large enterprise environment. Exposure to working with international teams and global stakeholders across regions. Hands-on experience with CMS and CRM platforms and staging or preview environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate quality gaps and non-compliance. Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills. Comprehensive knowledge of SEO strategies with proven implementation and auditing experience across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design, including copy accuracy, alignment, typography, branding, and UX consistency. Proven experience working with automotive OEM or high-governance brand standards, including approval workflows and compliance processes. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end web structures to identify gaps and support implementation fixes. Proven ability to manage deliverables and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
