We have a great opportunity for a skilled and adaptable Verification and Validation (V&V) Test Engineer to join our Real-Time Embedded software department!
Salary: Circa £64,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: typically, 4 days per week on-site, due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The role requires taking requirements, developing them into robust test cases, preparing and executing tests, capturing data, and delivering actionable feedback to project teams.
You will have to draw upon your strong practical problem-solving skills, data acquisition expertise, and adaptability.
What we're looking for from you
Strong experience of Verification and Validation (V&V) activities in an embedded software environment. Experience of turning requirements into structured test cases and procedures. Experience of working in a lab environment on an electro mechanical product running embedded software. Good working knowledge of the complete software engineering lifecycle. Scripting abilities
